(NewsNation) — Kelly Clarkson has postponed the remainder of her Las Vegas residency “to be fully present” for her children while she deals with a family matter.
Clarkson revealed Wednesday that her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, has been sick.
"Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas,” Clarkson shared on her social media accounts. “While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them.”
Clarkson apologized to fans who bought tickets and thanked them for their “grace, kindness and understanding.”
She previously canceled the first two shows of the “Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions – The Las Vegas Residency” at Caesars Palace in July
