PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — It's almost that time again when two-a-days will prove their worth when young men hit the gridiron for Friday night football.

However, Malcolm Xavier Walker may end up watching Friday Night Flights highlights from the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail. That's where the Atlanta man is being held on a charge of scamming the father of a York County High school football player.

York Poquoson Sheriff Ron Montgomery has the X's and O's of an alleged game that started last year when the victim approached Walker with hopes he could develop a winning strategy for the son's football future.
