A man was charged Tuesday with allegedly dealing fentanyl powder out of homes on Adams Drive and Slater Street.

A confidential informant bought fentanyl powder from 45-year-old Jeffery Henry Nickoli-Frink, also known as “Fettie,” on April 9. Nickoli-Frink reportedly got into the informant’s car at Fred Meyer, the informant gave Nickoli-Frink the money and they drove to an Adams Drive residence.

Nickoli-Frink reportedly got out of the car, climbed over a deck railing of one of the apartment’s and knocked on the window. A woman let him into the building.

He came outside about an hour later with 2.13 grams of fentanyl. The informant drove him back to Fred Meyer and Nickoli-Frink got into another car.
