LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies through the afternoon as temperatures climb close to 90°. There remains a chance of an isolated shower this afternoon and evening.

Mostly clear to partly cloudy skies remain overnight as temperatures fall into the 60s and low 70s.

The August heat lingers on Friday. Highs return to the upper 80s and low 90s tomorrow afternoon, underneath sunny skies.
