The Bristol Pickleball Club of Rhode Island (BPCRI) presented a check for $3,400 to the East Bay Food Pantry and Thrift Shop on Wednesday, July 30. Club President Cliff Teixeira handed the donation to Emily Mushen, Executive Director of the East Bay Food Pantry, during a brief ceremony at the Bristol Town Common pickleball courts. Also in attendance were BPCRI Vice President Mike Morrell and board member Cathy Winston. This year’s fundraising campaign exceeded last year’s total by $600, reflecting the club’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the local community.
