Arrests were made on August 1st after a warrant was executed on a Uintah County residence where there was evidence that Fentanyl and Methamphetamine were being sold. The search warrant on 50-year-old Benjamin Glenn Weston’s Ballard property included a 5th wheel trailer and a Tesla. Law enforcement located and confiscated crushed and whole Fentanyl pills, Methamphetamine, vials of Tren and Sust steroids, a ziplock bag of Psilocybin, multiple containers of Marijuana, multiple digital scales, baggies for drug distribution, a loaded 9mm semi automatic pistol, ammunition, and magazines. Weston is a convicted felon with prior drug convictions making him a Category 1 restricted person.
