A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed three people and wounded nine others in South Philadelphia early last month, authorities said Thursday.

Terrell Frazier is one of multiple gunmen believed to be involved in the July 7 shooting that killed three young men, ages 19, 23 and 24, on the 1500 block of S. Etting Street.

Frazier was arrested at his West Philadelphia home late Wednesday night and charged with three counts of murder , nine counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault, risking catastrophe and other offenses, Deputy Police Commissioner Frank Vanore said at a press conference late Thursday morning.

Frazier is one of at least a dozen people who began “recklessly and really intentionally” firing their guns just before 1 a.m. on July 7
