For a few moments, it is possible to experience something akin to the day-to-day life of someone suffering from dementia.
Donning a pair of specialized goggles, earphones and other equipment to limit sensory abilities, participants go through a simulation and a series of activities. Participants are asked to do simple tasks and filter it through sensory distractions to create an atmosphere similar to what someone with dementia might experience.
