LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The weekend is upon us, and there are plenty of things to do and see across Kentuckiana.

Here are a selection of events, markets, concerts and more happening Friday, Aug. 8 to Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025.

St. Joe's Picnic

The annual St. Joe's Picnic for Kids kicks off this weekend.

The 176th picnic kicks off Friday, Aug. 8, from 5-10 p.m., and again from noon to midnight on Aug. 9.

Organizers said anyone under the age of 18 not within arm's length of a supervising adult after 8 p.m. will be asked to leave.

Admission and parking are free. The event features prizes, raffles and live music.

The annual picnic benefits St. Joseph Children's Home.
