The state is looking to put a fishing access off Dorr Drive.

Jennifer Krebs, a land acquisition coordinator for the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife, presented to the Board of Aldermen Monday the department’s plan to buy 1.5 acres of a roughly 30-acre plot to create a fishing access at the confluence of East and Otter creeks. It would join more than 200 such accesses maintained by the state.
