A 59-year-old South Bend woman was found guilty on a Superseding Indictment this week.

Tonya Winston was found guilty on all five counts after a three-day federal jury trial. She was convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, three counts of wire fraud and theft of government money.

Reports say she fraudulently obtained Paycheck Protection Program loans during the COVID-19 pandemic by submitting fake applications.

Her sentencing is scheduled for November 25.
