WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- Two D.C. men were sentenced Thursday to 15 years in prison for trafficking PCP, fentanyl, cocaine and cocaine base into the District, according to the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the District of Columbia.
Charles Cunningham, 59, pleaded guilty in May to charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon with a sentencing enhancement under the Armed Career Criminal Act. He is ordered to serve three years of supervised release after his sentence.
Tyrone Ragland, 57, pleaded guilty in May to charges of conspiracy to distribute one kilogram of PCP and was ordered to serve five years of supervised release.
