Luka Dončić says he likely won’t play entire game in Slovenia’s first warm

Something Lakers fans will have to get used to now and in the future is Luka Dončić playing competitive basketball during the summer. This year, he will be playing with the Slovenian national team in EuroBasket action.

The competition begins on August 27 and will end on September 14.

While we still have a few weeks before EuroBasket play begins, Slovenia will play a number of friendly games in the lead up to the tournament to prepare.

Those contests will begin this Friday with Slovenia playing Germany. While Luka is back with Slovenia fresh off his Jordan Brand USA media tour, don’t expect him to play heavy minutes in the friendly.

Slovenia will play in six friendly games prior to the start of EuroBasket. All of them will be available to watch on Courtside1891, though at a subscription
