BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Cahaba Valley Fire is investigating after a car crashed into a house on Brook Highland Drive Thursday.

According to Capt. Russell Bradley, at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital after a car crashed into a house near Brook Highland Parkway. Occupants have been extracted from the car and residence.
