HENDERSON ( FOX5 ) — A driver died a month after a crash in Henderson, police say.

The Henderson Police Department said a driver and a passenger were hospitalized after a crash on June 30 at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Sandy Ridge Avenue.

Police said the two drove eastbound in a four-door Mercedes on Horizon Ridge Parkway when the front of the vehicle hit a median. Officers say the car overturned and his a light pole.

Both the driver and passenger were hospitalized with their condition listed as “unknown,” according to police.

On Wednesday, July 30, around 3 p.m., Henderson Police Fatal Investigators learned the driver died. The driver’s will be released by the Clark County coroner’s office, police said.
