MONTICELLO, Ga. — The world feels a little dimmer today.
Six-year-old Axyl Womack, the brave little boy who faced childhood cancer with unmatched strength and a smile that could light up a room, passed away early Thursday morning surrounded by his family.
His mom, Augusta, shared the heartbreaking update, writing:
“It’s with a broken heart to say that our sweet Axyl got his wings early this morning. We were all with him when he passed… He touched so many people and loved so big.”
