ALEXANDRIA — What started 10 years ago with a motorcycle rider in Utah wanting to find others to ride with has now turned into a group of more than 29,000 motorcycle riders in 344 cities across 36 countries.

What makes this group different, though, is that all the riders are women and they are all part of The Litas.

Founded by Jessica Wise in 2015, The Litas are a collective, or network, of motorcycle obsessed women and women who are curious about motorcycling.

And now, the collective has been brought to the Alexandria lakes area.
