FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Temperatures continued to heat up today with highs in the mid 80s and a heat index near 90. Another night of clear skies and calm winds could lead to morning fog for tomorrow, but expect another warm and sunny day after the fog clears.

Temperatures are continuing to climb into the weekend. By Saturday and Sunday, highs return to the 90s with a heat index in the mid 90s. We are now trending dry for Sunday as well meaning the next best chance for rain might not come until Tuesday now.
