NEW YORK (PIX11) – Ever wanted to meet and work for the bosses of JPMorgan Chase, Google, or Amazon?

Thanks to a non-profit, more than 52,000 people in underserved communities—and thousands of them are CUNY college students—are getting a shot at dream careers in corporate America.

Fresh off a bus tour across the Southeast, and back in New York City, JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon sat down with PIX11’s Monica Morales and was eager to discuss investing.

Not in the stock market, but in jobs for everyday New Yorkers.

Dimon started a non-profit called the NY Jobs CEO Council five years ago, connecting major businesses and colleges to help tens of thousands of New Yorkers access pathways into corporate America.

Dimon says it has surpassed all expectations.
