EAST MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - The Carbon Cliff-Barstow Fire Department is hosting a “Fish with a Fireman” event.

The event is on August 9 at the QC Wetlands and Educational Center in East Moline with registration at 8:30 a.m. and fishing from 9 - 11 a.m, a flyer said.

Kids from ages 4 - 17 can register to catch, measure, and release fish with the firemen, according to the event flyer.

There will be prizes for the top three biggest fish, the flyer said.
