HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Hartford leaders want people to know that they are cracking down on illegal ATV riders in the city.

They came together today to say they seized seven ATVs and two mopeds. Two of them were stolen.

They’re also tracking the riders from outside the city.

“The individuals who were apprehended as part of this, the six individuals, every single one of them lives outside the city of Hartford. There are folks who live in West Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester and as far away as Massachusetts,” said Mayor Arunan Arulampalam, (D), Hartford.
