TROPICS OUTLOOK:

We're still tracking Dexter and two other zones of possible tropical formation in the Atlantic.

SYSTEM 1 - DEXTER IN THE NORTHERN ATLANTIC:

Dexter is no longer a tropical system, but is still a powerful storm that will churn north-northeast through the Northern Atlantic.

SYSTEM 2 - SOUTHEASTERN U.S.:

A weak low off the Southeast U.S. coast is bringing minimal rain and storm activity. Little is being monitored in the way of organization and the National Hurricane Center has now down graded chances of formation to only 10% and 20% chances over the next 1-2 and 3-7 days.
