LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — A Las Vegas woman has been sentenced after pleading guilty to stealing firearms from a federally licensed dealer in Overton and selling them in the months that followed, federal prosecutors said.

According to the release, Alexis Breanna Worrell of Las Vegas will spend 30 months in prison, followed by two years of supervised release. She pleaded guilty to one count of theft of firearms from a licensee and one count of possession of stolen firearms.

The sentencing stems from a July 2023 incident in which Worrell, Dennis James Caputo and an unnamed individual stole guns from a closed federally licensed firearm business in Overton.
