ONEIDA, Wis. (WBAY) - Two people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a rollover crash in Oneida on Thursday.

Just before 4 p.m. on Thursday, the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office responded to Highway 55 at Ray Road in the Town of Oneida for a report of a rollover crash.

Deputies say that an initial investigation showed that an SUV with two people in it was traveling north on Highway 55 when it rolled over into the east ditch. Both people were ejected from the SUV.

The driver, a 25-year-old man from Seymour, was taken to the hospital by County Rescue with serious injuries, and the passenger, a 22-year-old man from Seymour, was flown to a hospital by ThedaStar with serious injuries.

Authorities say the investigation is still ongoing.
