MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - High school football teams across the state began practice Thursday, and for Minot North, it’s a lot of the same players taking the field from last year’s WDA-winning season.

In the program’s first varsity season, the Sentinels claimed the AA West Region title and reached the state semifinals. This is the senior year for the original group of players from Minot North’s first-ever team, a freshman team in 2022.

Head coach Jacob Holmen is impressed with the group’s development over the years and how the improvements have trickled down the roster.
