The Kenai Peninsula Fair is just around the corner, and this year’s theme is “All the Fun.” The Fair begins on Friday, August 8, and runs through Sunday, August 10, in Ninilchik.

“We’re trying to gear this towards a community event for the kids… All the Fun is meant to get the kids involved,” said Jack Money, Kenai Peninsula Fair Coordinator.

The fair will feature classic fair food, entertainment acts, and live music throughout the weekend—including Silas Luke Jones on Friday at 5:40 p.m., Copper River Band on Saturday night, and Cousin Curtiss on Sunday afternoon.

Money says they offer many family attractions such as live art demonstrations, pig racing, games, and more.
