Four teenagers are facing charges after a police chase ended in a crash earlier this week , according to the New Castle County Police Department.

The incident began when officers with the New Castle County Police Department were called to the 3000 block of Stone Place in Newark for a reported shots fired situation around 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5, officials said.

When officials arrived at the scene, they found several shell casings on the ground but did not find anyone hurt and the suspects had left.
