HOLLISTON, Mass. —

A man whose van was crushed by a tree in Holliston as he drove down the road last week has died, NewsCenter5 has learned. His family remembers his humor and dedication to those he loved.

Pete Culcasi meant the world to his wife and three children, but their whole world shattered last week when the 63-year-old's car was crushed by a tree that fell in Holliston just as he was driving by.

"We really want him to know how much everybody cared for him," Pete's wife, Lynne Culcasi, said. "That he was important and that he meant a lot to people."

He worked for JFK transportation and was on his way to pick up special needs adults from a day program. It's a job he loved.

"The adults he did drive around, he loved driving them, he loved listening to them," Pete's daughter, Kris
