Cali has everything any dog lover could ask for. She’s gentle and kind, always ready to share love with everyone around her.

Her story began when she and her littermates were brought to the Animal Care Society n Louisville, Kentucky.

Things looked promising at first, especially when Cali landed what seemed to be her forever home.

But nobody expected her happy ending to fall apart, leaving her completely heartbroken.

Cali Gets Brought Back

In 2023, not long after arriving at the shelter, Cali was adopted and moved in with a new family, believing her dream had come true.

She lived with other dogs in the household.

For a while, everything was going well, but after some time, Cali started showing signs of jealousy toward the other dogs, and her adopters brought her back to the shelte
