LAS VEGAS (KLAS) - Las Vegas Metro police documents obtained by the 8 News Now investigators detail the allegations made against a man accused of sexually assaulting a man while massaging her.

The man, identified as 58-year-old Eduardo Gregorio MartinezMillan, was arrested on July 20.

He is facing two counts of sexual assault and one count of open/gross lewdness and operating a business without a license, according to court records.

On July 20, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police received a woman's report that a man took off her pants and touched her private parts while he was giving her a massage in his home.

The woman's husband met MartinezMillan the previous day, outside a grocery store on East Lake Mead Boulevard near Civic Center Drive in North Las Vegas, according to documents.
