LAS VEGAS (KLAS) - A Las Vegas condo is at the center of a federal investigation regarding a complaint of religious discrimination following an alleged vote to not display a Nativity scene.

On Apr. 17, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) responded to a housing discrimination complaint made by a resident at Sky Las Vegas Condominium. The cause stemmed from an alleged denial to display a Nativity scene in the building’s lobby, which was also displaying a Menorah.

“If you're going to favor one religion, you have to allow me to display a Nativity scene and all other religions, to display something representing them,” Will Bradley, a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and Las Vegas resident, said. “They refused, and it shocked me.”
