Two men face felony charges from a July 30 incident near Bloomington's B-Line Trail where two 17-year-olds were threatened with a loaded assault rifle and robbed of a scooter.

Two men, one 20 and the other 26, were arrested Aug. 4 at their residence in the 3300 block of Smith Pike west of Bloomington.

Police identified the suspects using images from security cameras located along the section of the B-Line Trail through Switchyard Park, just behind The Warehouse.

According to a Bloomington Police Department report, the teens and suspects were playing 2-on-2 basketball that afternoon on a court inside The Warehouse, 1525 S. Rogers St. It's a nonprofit facility that offers supervised space for sports and other recreation.
