Ninety minutes into the opening night of his five-date residency at Park MGM’s Dolby Live theater, Lenny Kravitz had already brought the house down performing a string of songs dating to the 1990s, including his 1991 megahit, “It Ain’t Over ’Til It’s Over.”
But when the 61-year-old New York-born singer-songwriter and his band left the stage after rocking out to “Are You Gonna Go My Way,” it was clear the show wasn’t over. After a boisterous and lengthy round of cheers from the crowd, Kravitz and friends returned to the stage.
