KENTWOOD - Ty Spencer used to have a high opinion of OK Red schools when he viewed them from across the state. Now that he’s seen the conference up close and personal, his attitude hasn’t changed.

The East Kentwood football coach said he respected the reputation of the OK Red when his Detroit Martin Luther King teams were winning four state titles from 2016-2022. And after coaching the Falcons to 5-5 overall and 4-3 conference records a year ago, nothing in his mind has changed.
