1. Troy leaders narrowly approve new city hall location

It was a close vote by city leaders in Troy to move city hall from the fifth floor of the Hedley Building on River Street to the historic Proctor’s Theater on 4th Street. The vote was four to three on party lines to approve the site as a suitable location for city hall, republicans voting for the move, democrats against it.
