• Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency Executive Director Joseph Kralicek has been charged with one count of possessing child pornography after an investigation that began with a July 3 tip from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation after the messaging app Kik notified authorities of an account that was sharing explicit videos of minors.

• Kik reported the apparent child pornography on Sept. 23, 2024, to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. OSBI worked to develop information from that tip to identify the person connected with the user account that was flagged.
