GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Red Flag Warning that has been in effect all week long has been extended into tomorrow night as fires continue to rage around the western slope. Sunny and hot conditions put Grand Junction near 100 degrees again today. Breezes up to 20 miles an hour can be expected today as well. Tonight, expect partly cloudy skies and overnight lows in the mid-sixties. This is slightly cooler than the last several nights, but only by a few degrees. Widespread critical fire weather conditions will continue through Saturday with Red Flag Warnings in place.
