LEITCHFIELD, Ky. (FOX 56) — A fugitive from Louisiana who was reportedly living illegally in the U.S. was arrested on Wednesday in Grayson County on rape and child molestation-related charges.

The U.S. Marshal's Office asked for help from the Grayson County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) regarding 45-year-old Juan Chavez-Trevizo, originally from Mexico, who was staying at a home on Cave Mill Road in Leitchfield, according to a Facebook post from Aug. 7.

GCSO claimed that he was arrested without incident and charged with: • Second-degree rape—three counts • Molestation of a child under 13—four counts • Molestation of a child with controlled supervision of the victim—four counts • Indecent behavior with a child victim under the age of 13

The post said he was booked into the Grayson Count
