Haji Wright has come through his comeback cameo unscathed and is fit to feature against Hull when Coventry City kick-off the new Championship campaign at the CBS Arena.
The Sky Blues face the Tigers in Saturday’s televised 12.30pm kick-off when Frank Lampard will be without two players who continue to recover from their respective injuries.
Wright, who has missed much of the pre-season with an Achilles injury suffered while on international duty with the USA, played the last 12 minutes of the 2-2 draw against St Pauli last weekend as City wrapped up their friendly schedule.
