Trademark — the Fort Worth-based retail center owner-operator known for its makeovers of properties the likes of North Point Mall in Georgia and Annapolis Town Center in Maryland — has been hired to do the same for Winter Garden Village in Orlando.
The 1.2 million-sq.-ft. regional center anchored by Lowe’s, Target, and Bealls was recently acquired from Site Centers by RA2-Winter Gardens Village for $165 million in cash.
“We plan to continue to take advantage of Winter Garden Village’s strong tenant sales performance and trade area, which we believe is underserved for better retail and restaurants,” said Tommy Miller, managing director and CIO at Trademark. “We see significant opportunity to improve the merchandising and enhance the experience.”
Considered a market-dominant retail
