CARROLL COUNTY, Ga. — A Carroll County teen accused of plotting to murder a fellow student agreed to a plea deal on Monday, according to court documents.

Dylan Gable, 17, was charged in February with terroristic threats and acts, as well as criminal attempt to commit a felony (murder). On Monday, he agreed to a negotiated plea deal with a five-year sentence for his terroristic threats charge. Under the agreement, the criminal attempt to commit a felony charge was dropped.

The first six months of his sentence will be served in jail, with credit for time already served, and the remainder will be served on probation, according to court documents. Special conditions of Gable's probation include having no contact of any kind with the victims or victims' families, receiving treatment for anger
