SHELLY, Minn. — A massive fire is burning at the grain elevator in Shelly, Minnesota.

The Norman County Sheriff’s Office is urging residents to evacuate their homes immediately for safety.

Highway 75, which runs through Shelly, has also been closed because of the fire.

Shelly is about 38 miles south of East Grand Forks, near the North Dakota state line.
