Police shot a person during a standoff Friday at a mall in Centerville, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
The Warner Robins Police Department urged the public to avoid the Galleria Mall around 5:30 a.m. Friday due to a standoff, according to the police department’s Facebook .
Earlier this morning, officers were “negotiating with an armed subject in efforts to get him to surrender,” police said at the time.
The incident was happening in the parking lot of the mall.
