WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Just steps from the College of William & Mary, Amber Ox Public House has been drawing in students and their families, locals and tourists since it opened in 2017.

The popular Williamsburg restaurant takes pride in fresh, seasonal ingredients, an approach that keeps customers coming back.

Visiting Amber Ox at different times of the year means a new dining experience, as the kitchen builds its menus around seasonal produce.

"I think it’s important to know where your food comes from. I think it’s important to work with seasonality," said Executive Chef Ileana White.
