TILTON, N.H. (WCAX) - A Vermont truck driver died early Friday morning after a crash on I-93 in New Hampshire.

It happened just before 2 a.m. in the town of Tilton. New Hampshire State Police say Benjamin Willson, 48, of Granby, was headed south when he lost control on a curve. The truck broke through the center median guardrail, went down an embankment, and landed in the Winnipesaukee River.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
