Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorneys could ask that the music mogul be sentenced to home confinement.

Marc Agnifilo, Combs' lead attorney, spoke to TMZ about his client's post-verdict life as he awaits sentencing, which is scheduled for Oct. 3. As his legal team puts together a sentencing memorandum, Agnifilo said it is very possible they request home confinement.
