MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Memphis man said he's 100 percent sure a man he saw targeting homes in Midtown on a FOX13 report broke into his East Memphis home on Tuesday.

Memphis Police (MPD) released footage of the burglar on Tuesday. MPD said he's broken into several homes. An East Memphis homeowner, whose identity FOX13 agreed not to reveal due to safety concerns, said he saw the same man on one of his six security cameras.

Footage from the home on Meadvale in East Memphis shows the man, shovel in hand, making his way onto the back patio and pulling and then kicking at a door. He even tried to use a key in the door.
