Work continues on John Ross Road in East Ridge, part of the ongoing road improvement program in the city.

The work involves installing liners in underground manholes to improve system performance and extend service life.

The work will require the full closure of sections of the road over next week, starting Monday, August 11 and lasting until mid-week.

The work for what is labeled as Plan #3, is for John Ross Road from Sunrise Terrace to Cherokee Avenue -

A full closure will be in place for both directions of travel.

Detour route: Traffic will follow posted detour signs around the Sunrise Terrace to Cherokee Avenue work zone.
