SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)-- The Syracuse Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred on South Salina Street.

On Friday, August 8th, around 9:10 a.m., Syracuse Police Officers responded to the 500 block of South Salina Street regarding a report of a stabbing with injuries. When they arrived, Officers found a 47-year-old male suffering from an apparent stab wound to the arm. The victim was taken to Upstate University Hospital and is listed in stable condition.

A suspect in the stabbing was identified as 55-year-old Nathaniel Gregory. Gregory was arrested and charged with Assault in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, and Burglary in the Third Degree concerning this incident.
