If you live in East Selah Yakima Health District officials say they're offering 40 free under-the-sink water filters to East Selah households that use private wells and have confirmed PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) levels above state or federal health guidelines.

THEY'RE CERTIFIED AND FREE

A press release from the district says the under-the-sink systems are certified will remove PFAS and include a separate faucet for filtered water used for drinking and cooking. Along with the systems the district is providing each household will also get one free set of replacement filters.
